Celebrate World Pizza Day with Slices, Spritz, and a Stand-Out Party at Gradi Brunswick!
Mark your calendars for February 9 as 400 Gradi invites pizza lovers to its iconic Brunswick venue – the OG Gradi – for a celebration of one of the world’s most beloved dishes. This year’s World Pizza Day Party promises a lively afternoon of delicious food, curated cocktails, and entertainment.
From 2-5pm, guests can enjoy all pizzas from the Gradi menu served by-the-slice, alongside handcrafted cocktails. DJ Mark Pellegrini will set the vibe with live tunes, and there’ll be exciting prizes up for grabs, including pizza masterclass tickets, Gradi vouchers, and cookbooks.
But that’s not all – the event will also mark the launch of Slice’n Spritz, a new weekly offering kicking off on March 1. Every Saturday evening from 8-10pm, the Brunswick venue will serve up free-flowing pizza slices and refreshing spritz for just $59 per person. It’s the perfect way to spice up your weekend with good food, great drinks, and a fun, social atmosphere.
On World Pizza Day itself, 10 lucky attendees will win exclusive Gradi Passports, granting access to three Slice’n Spritz sessions over three months (T&Cs apply).
Speaking about the event, Johnny Di Francesco, chef and director of the Gradi Group, says:
“We celebrate World Pizza Day every year, not only to bring people together but to honour the artistry of Neapolitan pizza-making, which was recognised by UNESCO in 2017. It’s a tradition we’re proud of, and it’s a joy to share it with our community.”
