How can people set up their homes to invite prosperity and good luck during the Lunar New Year?
Get your home clean and clutter-free before January 29th! Avoid leaving it until the 29th itself—that’s a big no!
Focus on cleaning the floors, particularly around the front door and entrance. If possible, declutter and dispose of any broken or cracked items.
What feng shui tips can you share for enhancing love and romance energy during the Lunar New Year?
This year is perfect for transformation and growth—it’s time to embrace the change you’ve been contemplating but haven’t yet acted on.
One of my favorite Feng Shui tips is to consider the image you have hanging above your bed; it can influence what you manifest in your life. So, why not display a picture of a couple holding hands or something that symbolises love?
As this is the Year of the Snake, expect fast-paced energy. You might find that after meeting Mr. or Mrs. Right, things move quickly, and before you know it, you’re living together!
Are there specific colours or symbols that are especially lucky this year?
Green and red are the two best colours to support the Wood snake.
What tips do you have for creating harmony within families during Lunar New Year celebrations?
Enjoy a family dinner on January 29th—think of it as a festive gathering similar to Christmas dinner, but without the gifts!
How can someone use feng shui to prepare their finances for the year ahead?
Your finances are set to improve in 2025, but 2026 looks even more promising. It’s best to avoid any risky financial decisions during this time.
Are there any specific rituals or practices you recommend to align energy with the Year of the wood?
Cleaning the home on the 28th and enjoying a dinner with your family on the 29th.
What’s your favourite personal Lunar New Year tradition, and how does it tie into feng shui principles?
I love visiting a Chinese restaurant to watch the Lion Dance. The drums, the dancing—it’s such a fun experience!
