Bring in the New Year with an ocean to plate dining experience that will ignite the senses on Melbourne’s iconic Southbank waterfront with The Atlantic Restaurant.

ADELPHI

Adelphi Hotel Rooftop, 187 Flinders Lane, Melbourne

Adelphi Hotel invites guests to make this New Year’s one to remember and bring in 2019 on their open-air rooftop, with their inaugural NYE Poolside Party. Teaming up with Four Pillars, guests can expect to sip Four Pillars Gin cocktails, enjoy moorish canapés from Om Nom Kitchen’s Executive Chef Jo Ward, while dancing to tunes from Adelphi’s resident DJ into the early AM.

Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, 101 Waterfront Way, Docklands 3008

Make this New Year’s Eve one to remember and ring in 2019 at the highest point of the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel with their NYE Soirée. Sip champagne and enjoy canapés whilst ogling at Melbourne CBD’s stunning firework display from 120-metres high.

Wave goodbye to 2018 at Neptune Food & Wine’s Nuevo Disco Party. With free-flowing negronis, spritz, beer, wine and prosecco until 1am alongside roaming canapés, guests can expect to be well fuelled before hitting the dance floor.

And for those feeling extra fancy, bottles of Ruinart will be available for popping at $100 per bottle.
