Why not make it yourself next time you’re hosting a shindig?
It’s as easy as 3 – 2 – 1…
Here’s what you need:
- Aperol
- Prosecco -My absolute favourite is the Anica Vigna, from Winebubble
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Sliced orange
Method:
Take a wine glass or stemless glass, add 60ml of Aperol, 90ml of Prosecco and 30ml of soda.
Fill the glass with ice
Finish off with a beautiful fresh orange wedge.
Voila!
